Completed in the spring of 2009, this project remodeled the previously vacant 7,500 square foot building at 2101 Minnehaha Avenue in Minneapolis; to provide office space for the Fairview Internal Communications Group. The space was designed to foster and enhance collaborative, creative activities among the group; and includes large common areas that are arranged to promote team brainstorming and collaboration.
