Completed in the spring of 2010, this project remodeled the approximately 10,000 square foot former Fairview NE clinic building to provide expanded retail space for Fairview Pharmacy, a new reception and waiting area for Fairview Express Clinic, and new office space for Fairview Community Health, Medical Missions and Church Relations.
Several green building practices were utilized, including low VOC finishes and the use of Solatubes for enhanced daylighting in interior office spaces.
