This project, currently in review for approval by the Planning Department of the City of Coon Rapids, is a mixed use multi-family residential development, located in the PORT Evergreen Redevelopment District.
The project, when complete, will include 180 units of Senior Housing, and 200 units of market-rate apartments. These buildings, located on an 11 acre site; will take advantage of a large existing oak grove at the center of the site, providing a natural amenity and screening for all residents of the site. The project will also utilize sustainable design practices, in both design and construction.
