The Northpoint Clinic Renovation project, a ARRA project administered by Hennepin County, is a comprehensive renovation of (24) separate sub-projects at the NorthPoint Clinic, located in the Near North neighborhood in Minneapolis.
This project, headed by Benjamin Youngstrom, LEED AP; seeks to renovate 33,000 sf of multi-function clinical space, including typical exam rooms, office space, lab space and patient waiting areas.
Harriss Architects has engaged Steen Engineering as the MEP Engineers for this Project.
