Work is underway at the Public Health Solutions (PHS) project in Columbia Heights, Minnesota. This is the most current project by Harriss Architects that seeks to integrate design-build services for design and construction.
This 7,700 square foot project is a renovation of a former acting school and performance space that will be utilized by PHS as an adult day care center, a coffee shop, and headquarters for PHS. The project features a day room, coffee shop, offices, and numerous activity areas.
The construction project is being managed by Greenstone Associates, a design-build firm, owned by Harriss principal John Harriss and Chuck Youngquist. Greenstone’s mission is to seamlessly integrate design and construction activities for a variety of clients in the Twin Cities area.
