Harriss Architects has been selected by Fairview Health systems for the renovation of a former clinic in the Riverside Professional Building, on the Fairview Riverside Campus in Minneapolis.
The project consists of a renovation of 4,490 square feet of clinic space for the Pain Clinic; and will include exam rooms, administrative areas and a gym for physical therapy activities. Special attention was paid to the integration of new and existing finishes, and the use of daylighting in the gym area. The contractor for the project is Carlson LaVine of Minneapolis.
