This 157 unit continuum of care facility, located in Maple Grove, Minnesota, was designed for Southview Senior Living Communities.
The project includes Memory Care, Assisted Living and Congregate Care units. It also makes extensive use of landscape elements, and is registered for LEED Certification. Sustainable design features include regional building materials, high performance HVAC equipment, and enhanced Indoor Air Quality components.
The project is being constructed by Weis Builders of Minneapolis.
