In September 2008, Harriss Architects completed the renovation of, and addition to, the former Assumption School in Chicopee, Massachusetts; for the Diocese of Springfield.
The school, designed for 400 students, is located in a historic district in Chicopee; and takes its design cues from the local context and the unique, arts oriented program of Holyoke Catholic High School. The project was built by Aquadro and Cerruti, of Northampton, MA.
