Lindsey Duffy recently became a LEED Accredited professional through the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). The USGBC is a national organization of building industry leaders working to promote building design that is environmentally responsible and sustainable.
Lindsey is currently working on the interior design for the Fairview Rogers Clinic, which will house a Fairview family practice clinic, as well as a Fairview Sports and Orthopedic Center which specializes in the care of muscle and joint problems. The clinic is set to open in April of 2007. Lindsey also contributed to the Fairview Bass Lake Clinic, which will be the first LEED certified healthcare facility in the Twin Cities.
LEED Professional Accreditation recognizes individuals who understand and can apply the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Rating System to green building projects. LEED is the nationally accepted standard for the design, construction, and operation of high performance green buildings. |
