This new lifestyle development on Lake Riley in Chanhassen, MN, is slated to start construction in Fall 2007. The master plan includes a private beach area and association owned boat slips, extensive walking trails, and a club-house. Also included are a pool and a large deck area overlooking Lake Riley.
The Heritage is the first of three condominium buildings to be built on the site. Reminiscent of an English manor, the units feature large windows, open floor plans, and outdoor living areas. Two additional buildings, The Isles and The Classic are to be developed in the future.
