Project: Island Harbor on Lake Minnetonka, Spring Park, Minnesota

Client: K. Hovnanian Homes of Minnesota

The Island Harbor consists of three condominium buildings with 81 total units on Lake Minnetonka in Spring Park, MN. This project is highlighted by a contemporary design featuring brick, stone, and metal with an emphasis on glazing to create magnificent views of the Lake. Site work also includes storm water management, extensive landscaping and a raised boardwalk through the adjacent wetlands.
