Housing is an essential part of our practice. Primarily working with nonprofits and private developers, Harriss Architects has designed most types of multi-family housing. In addition, we have designed private residences with both new construction and renovations.
Working in both Minnesota and Wisconsin, our projects have included 4-story condominiums, as well as back-to-back and over-under schemes. We have also designed several affordable housing developments and housing for the homeless. All of the Projects are Master Planned by Harriss Architects, working in close cooperation with the Owner, our consultants, and the regulatory authorities.
