Project: Old Spaghetti Factory; Minneapolis, Minnesota
Client: Sherman Associates, Inc.
Constructed at the turn of the century, the building which houses the Old Spaghetti Factory was once a farm equipment manufacturing space. The offices on the second and third floors required all new finishes and windows, as well as mechanical and electrical systems. Harriss Architects renovated the building to mirror its past, and preserve its present and future. |
