Project: Fairview Bass Lake Clinic; Maple Grove, MN
Client: Fairview Health Services
This freestanding clinic was recently awarded LEED certification by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), making it the first LEED certified healthcare facility in the Twin Cities metro area. Designed and constructed in six months, this 6,128 square foot clinic sits on a small parcel of land within a larger, conventional retail development in Maple Grove.
Sustainable building features include energy efficient HVAC and electrical systems, white reflective roof system, water conserving plumbing system, finishes with high recycled content and no volatile organic compounds.
