	Our clients for commercial projects are private developers, corporations, and individual business owners with programs such as office buildings, retail centers, and industrial facilities. It is key to distinguish between these types of clients because their requirements and focuses are often different. Developers count on us to understand their financial and scheduling requirements. to focus primarily on the bottom line, and to aggressively work with the state and local agencies that are the "gatekeepers" to the work. Corporate clients want integration into their system of facilities management and want the Architect to interact effectively with a number of user groups, while staying the course within corporate guidelines. When working with individual business owners, we seek to understand the client's program and facilitate the formulation of it. Moreover, we seek to create a design process that leads to an effective and meaningful image for the Project.
